 2)     MINI GASIFICATION SYSTEMS

Our mini gasification systems have been specially designed for hospitals, public buildings, ocean vessels, farms, industrial parks, pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturers, etc. It can be operated indoors or outdoors requiring minimum floor space. It is capable of processing 1-5 tons a day of diversified wastes. These units are simple to operate and practically maintenance free. It is equipped with all the critical components to ensure maximum performance.

 3)     SEPTIC CONVERTERS

The average each person produces 250-300 liters of waste water per day including washing, shower, sewage, etc. 4 liters to a gallon which means about 65-75 gallon per day. Sewage water contains 8% solids. Based on this formula; a 100 household community shall produce 7,000 gallons of waste water and 140 lb of sewage solids. Waste water from normal household contains soap, cleaning chemicals, dirt, micro food scraps and body fluids. NuNRG’s waste water treatment process, we can design a mobile system in 40 feet containers, 100% self-contained, where waste water is fed into the unit from one side and drinking quality water coming out from the other side. The output is free from bacteria, chemical, odor and any other possible containment. This water can be re-used for irrigational purposes; can be re-introduced to water system and combined with our AQ3 technology, offers mineral rich drinking water as it is.

Offers large scale WTE output, starting at a 50 ton per day conversion of organic and inorganic waste.  These modular units offer unlimited output, anywhere onsite and feature zero emissions power generation, alongside low operating and maintenance costs. Combining NuNRG’s patented proprietary heat and sound conversion technology, each unit can produce energy in the range of 4-12 MW per day (unheard of in the industry) as well as about 300Liters of biogas per day! WTE Basics

Organic waste deposited in a landfill decomposes over time, releasing a mixture of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.  Gasification controls and accelerates the natural decomposition process to create synthesis gas (syngas), which is used to generate power.  This technology is not new; in the mid-1800’s many large cities used gasification to produce the gas used for street lighting.

All technologies that convert waste-to-energy involve the same basic steps.

  1. Waste pre-processing: Waste is delivered to the facility and processed for the delivery to the gasifier.
  2. Conveyance:  Systems will generally include some sort of conveyor to move the pre- processed waste to the gasifier.
  3. Gasifier:  All technologies put the waste into a chamber that is essentially an organic waste pressure cooker.  While gasifiers are all different in some way, using multiple chambers or processing waste at differing combinations of time, temperature and pressure, all essentially perform the same function – the conversion of organic waste into syngas.  Gasification is not incineration; the oxygen content is controlled during the process to ensure that the waste is never combusted or burned.
  4. Steam & Power Creation:  Syngas moves from the gasifier to a boiler where the syngas is combusted, with heat creating steam that powers turbines to generate power.
  5. Treatment of Flue Gas:  Any flue gas is treated so that system emissions meet all applicable air quality systems.

There is off the shelf, proven equipment to handle each of the steps described above.  Because gasifier performance is dependent upon the facility feedstock, technology selection cannot be determined until a number of project parameters are established.

The facility design developed by the NuEnergy project team will incorporate the most appropriate, proven, cost effective technology solution available and capable of providing the maximum benefits to the local community and the global environment.
